Elnie Vannatim

Elnie Vannatim currently serves as TASC Vice President of External Affairs.

Professionally, Elnie works in Public & Government Affairs at the Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc (CAP). CAP is a doctor-owned cooperative that provides services and professional liability coverage to over 11,000 of California’s finest physicians.

Elnie is active in the community and enjoys giving her time and expertise to issues that are of importance to her – education, at-risk youth, and improving civic engagement. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, Board of Advisors for the First Tee of Los Angeles, and is active in the Claremont Area chapter of the League of Women Voters.

Elnie graduated with a B.A in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
